PEKUNYA TEXTILE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes and sets down the principles applied by Pekunya Teks. Tur. İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Pekunya Textile), as the Data Controller on processing of personal data and required to be known by all natural persons whose personal data is processed such as suppliers, visitors, customers and users of its website at the address of https://www.pekunya.com.tr.
Pekunya Textile is aware of the importance of your privacy. The personal data you submit to Pekunya Textile through our web site or other communication and sales channels will be used in accordance with the “Personal Data Protection Law of Turkey (Law No.6698)” and its secondary legislations. Pekunya Textile may process your personal data based on your consent or as permitted by the applicable law.
Pekunya Textile processes the personal data of natural person suppliers, supplier’s employees and/or supplier’s authorized officers in order to conduct and manage the processes of supply of products, services or goods. Pekunya Textile also processes the personal data of natural person customers, customer’s employees and/or customer’s authorized officers. The purpose of processing of this personal data are performance of legal obligations and duties arising out of Turkish laws, to conduct and manage the contracting processes, to ensure compliance with the corporate rules. This personal data is collected and processed by natural persons themselves, submitting documents or such communication channels as e-mail, telephone and website etc.
Pekunya Textile processes website visitors “traffic data” composed of IP address, starting and ending times, quantity of data transferred pursuant to the Law no. 5651 of Turkey. If visitors express their requests and suggestions via our contact form (https://www.pekunya.com.tr/contact) their name and surname, e-mail address, message content data will be processed.
Pekunya Textile processes personal data of natural persons who visit our campus. Pekunya Textile records via indoors and outdoors cameras for the sake of security of its employees and visitors. This data is processed by and through of the visitor himself and image records taken by CCTV.
You can find detailed information regarding the categories of personal data that may be processed by Pekunya Textile or on its behalf as the data controller, on the public Data Controllers Registry managed by the Presidency of the Personal Data Protection Board (https://verbis.kvkk.gov.tr).
Pekunya Textile may transfer your personal data to the third parties. These parties are categorized as Pekunya Textile owners and employees, service providers, authorized administrative bodies in Turkey subject to applicable legal obligations.
Natural persons whose personal data are processed by Pekunya Textile may file an application and use their rights originating from the Personal Data Protection Law (Article 11). Rights granted to you by article 11 of the Law no. 6698 are as listed below:

(b) If your personal data is processed, to request information;
(c) To learn the purpose of processing of your personal data, and whether your personal data is used for these purposes or not;
(d) To learn third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
(e) If your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request completion or correction of data;
(f) To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the frame of the conditions regulated in Article 7;
(g) To request us to inform the actions taken pursuant to (e) and (f) paragraphs above to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
(h) To object against outcomes against you via analysis of your processed personal data by means of automatic systems;
(i) If you incur damages due to unlawful processing of personal data, to claim compensation of such damages.
